Lemon Loaf with Coconut Flour
2/3 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ glass coconut oil or melted butter
1/3 cup honey
Zest from 2 lemons
Juice from 2 lemons as well as milk of your decision to equal 1 cup (We used dairy milk found in mine, but almond milk, coconut milk or perhaps any milk would work
2 tablespoon melted butter (or coconut oil)
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon milk
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Incorporate all of the ingredients mutually and mix very well in a bowl. There is very no particular order.
Pour the batter on a greased loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes ( up to 40 minutes according to your oven) until it’s brown and cooked.
Let the loaf cool.
Learning to make the lemon glaze
Combine everything found in a saucepan and prepare food on low heat.
Once its all mixture up well, remove from heating.
Once cooled, put it found in the fridge so that it would set a bit.
Take away the loaf from the pan
Spread the glaze along with the loaf and enjoy.
